Do you have a physical store?
If you live in the Tulare/Visalia area you can see some of our products in our booth at Paris Flea Market. It's located in downtown Visalia at 601 E. Main St. Visalia Ca. Their number is (559)636-8000. Store hours are 11-5 Monday-Saturday and 11-4 on Sunday.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes we do! We will happily ship your order anywhere in the world. Unfortunately, we can no longer ship internationally through this website. Please purchase at our Etsy Shop.
Do you offer wholesale?
Because we are so busy with our retail business we can no longer offer wholesale. This may change in the future so be sure to sign up for our newsletter on our home page to find out when it does.
When will my order ship?
Because our items are made-to-order your order will usually ship in 3-5 business days. (This does not include the time it will take to ship to you.) We do not work on weekends or holidays. If you place an order on the weekend we do not consider it "received" until the next business day. During our busy times of the year you can expect a longer wait time. We will try to keep this information updated on our home page.
Do you offer refunds or exchanges?
Exchanges will only be accepted if we made a mistake on your order. Because our items are handmade to order and we do not carry an in-house inventory we must treat your order as a custom order. This means we do not offer refunds. Please ask any questions you may have BEFORE you order.
What kind of payments to you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover cards through our secure checkout. You will be taken to Paypal where your card will be securely processed.
How are orders shipped?
All orders are shipped via USPS First Class Shipping from California. All orders are processed in the order in which they are received. If you need something by a certain date please contact us before you buy. First class shipping usually takes 3-5 business days but it can take longer.
Do you offer shipping insurance?
Yes we do. If you would like insurance on your package please select the add insurance box when you checkout. The cost of shipping will be added to your order. If you choose not to purchase insurance we are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
