Our Story

Welcome to Layci's Bowdacious Bows.  My name is Tamara Cederlof and I founded this bow business in 2006 soon after my daughter, Layci, was born. What started out as a stay-at-home mom's desire to create a bow to match an outfit, quickly turned into an OBSESSION to create beautiful, high-quality hair accessories for EVERY OUTFIT!

Today, Layci's Bowdacious Bows is run out of a small studio in California but there is nothing small about our selection. We understand the need to have a bow that matches every outfit so we offer our bows in over 100 colors of high-quality grosgrain ribbon. Being able to choose from many styles and sizes giving you endless possibilities.

Our hair bow business naturally expanded to include tutus, flower headbands, korkers, and most recently, personalized tumblers.

In a market that is saturated with cheap imports, we are proud to say that we make everything in our small home studio in Tulare, Ca.  We are a small family-run business and we take pride in maintaining an extremely high level of quality in our products. All of our hair accessories are made using materials made in the USA (if available) and they are durable enough to last from big sister to little sister or even little cousins. (We have customers who tell us they still have some of our earliest bows!)
